Playing guitar for the Dynamic "Twin Spirituals" of Opelika, Alabama is where Douglas Dumas got his first opportunity to perform with an organized group. He was with them from age seventeen to age twenty-eight when he moved to Arkansas to expand on his law enforcement career. The things he learned during his stay with the Twin Spirituals tremendously enhanced his performance abilities with other musical organizations throughout the years. Douglas will soon began production of a Gospel album that will in part be a tribute to the Dynamic "Twin Spirituals" and also give praises to God and encourage others to do the same.
His current project, The S.L.I.C. Woman {The strong, loyal, intelligent, courage woman} is in the form of spoken word accompanied by music... This poetic piece is entertaining and enlightening to say the least. It promotes well deserved appreciation for all Women.
